The Jolly Sandwich Bar in Enniskillen is a family run business which aims to support their local suppliers by using seasonal produce. Everything is homemade and baked on the premises, including their freshly made scones. Every day they serve a speciality scone flavour and they are known in their area for their 'calorie treats'. Decadent tartlets, meringues, bakewell pies, traybakes, cheesecakes and cakes make this an ideal spot for a hot coffee and a sweet treat. Owner Carina said: "We serve the Matthew Algie coffee range and love it. It is ethnically sourced and roasted in the UK. We also stock SD Bell's tea bags, which is Ireland's oldest independent tea importers. For our herbal teas we use Suki Tea and stock breakfast, earl grey, peppermint and camomile."

Carina serves delicious made to order sandwiches, including a daily chicken special which may be chilli and lime, fire roasted or served with pesto and roasted vegetables or mango chutney. Hot bakes, chicken flan, quiche, lasagne and potato bakes are available as well as freshly prepared salads. If you are on a gluten free diet then this is a place for you as they make muffins and tartlets to suit.
