The Centre boasts the tallest indoor climbing wall in the country, the finest bouldering walls in the Lake District and North West of England, The Tool Box for dry tooling, a dedicated Training Room, CrazyClimb and Skyline Indoor Aerial Adventure- Europe’s first indoor Via Ferrata! Our experienced team is dedicated to helping people experience the exhilaration that climbing has to offer in a truly unique and atmospheric venue. Whatever your goals are, we offer a wide range of sessions, courses, and facilities to suit beginners through to experienced climbers. The Kendal Wall offers a warm and welcoming environment and caters for individuals, experienced and non experienced families; groups large and small; school and youth groups; birthday parties; stag and hen parties; corporate days, team building events and conferences – anyone who wants to share our passion for climbing.

Situated in the gateway to the lakes town of Kendal, The Lakeland Climbing Centre offers a chance to try your hand at climbing before getting your hands dirty, so to speak. This purpose built climbing centre has been designed for both novice climbers, right up to the most experienced of climbers. When doing my research on the parent company that owns this climbing centre, I was both pleasantly surprised and impressed, they have centres all over the UK and in some unusual places as well. The staff at LCC are not only well trained, they are all seasoned climbers in their own rights and they are all hands on at making sure that your experience at the centre is not only one that you will remember, but one that you can utilise when climbing for real. With a well stocked little cafe, if your not the one doing the climbing, you can always grab a coffee and a cake while your observing.
