The New Curiosity

Eating Out

The New Curiosity restaurant is the first venture for husband and wife partnership Daniel and Rachel Williams. Daniel with over twelve years experience as a chef has worked in many a prestigious kitchen and also regularly appears on S4C’s daytime programme “Prynhawn Da” giving cooking tips and demonstrations. “My first true passion is food, be it eating or cooking. I feel extremely fortunate to have the opportunity to live and work in an area with such an abundance of fresh quality produce, be it fish from the Towy river to the fantastic Gower Salt Marsh Lamb. I truly believe that we must make the most of our fruitful lands and we make every effort to use these commodities.” We offer both light and formal lunches, a la carte evening meals which can be enjoyed in the relaxed atmosphere and understated modern decor of the grade listed building.
