The Niche Restaurant

This restaurant, having been highly recommended by another venue locally, I knew it had to be good! I was actually wrong, it is more than good, the place is outstanding! Locally sourced, fresh ingredients are all you’ll find here and with the kitchen being an open plan design, you get to see the magic unfold before your very eyes, I like that! Open 365 days a year, Niche really does live up to its reputation. On the day I visited, I tried a selection of starters and I wasn't disappointed. Thai Noodle Prawns, Sticky Chicken Satay, followed by the very clever Haggis Spring Rolls with a side of Iron Brew Mayo, just truly delicious. 114 The staff are super friendly, the owner Colin is just a really nice guy and I have to say that the Niche restaurant is one eatery that should be on your radar when visiting anywhere in Ayrshire.
