The Old Rectory
Home to the Rectors of Boduan since the early 18th century, the house has been carefully restored over the years and now offers an opportunity for guests to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of a much loved home. There are three super king double / twin and one double en-suite bed rooms all with garden views each room individually styled, tastefully furnished and decorated. All rooms feature beautiful linen and have hairdryer, TV, Tea tray, Complimentary Toiletries, Sherry and Chocolates.The dining room, with views over the garden, catches the morning sun. This is the perfect setting for a hearty home cooked traditional or continental breakfast, which feature delicious local and home made bread, jams and marmalades, local free range eggs and meats and fish.
AT THE REAR WING OF THE OLD RECTORY...
Rectory Cottage is the rear wing of The Old Rectory, set in its own private garden offering two bedroom, two bathroom accommodation for a relaxing self-catering holiday.
Set in its own private secure sun trap garden it is safe for children.
The sitting room is comfortably furnished with two sofas,has an original inglenook fireplace, with gas wood burner effect stove and beams. There is a TV with Freeview, DVD player, IPod dock, cd player and radio.
A stable door leads to the porch and private sun trap garden, with patio furniture, sun loungers, BBQ and chiminea.
The dining area leads to the well equipped, fitted kitchen with dishwasher, double oven, electric hob, microwave and fridge. The floors are slate.
Two steps lead up to the landing, off which are two bedrooms, a twin (or superking) and a double, a bathroom and separate shower room. Bed linen is provided.
Rectory Lodge is a lovely, modern, fully equipped 3 bedroom luxury lodge, set within the beautiful grounds of The Old Rectory.
THE LODGE......
consists of an open plan living room, with 2 x two seater settees plus matching armchair, electric fire, flat screen TV, coffee table, windows to three sides, light bright and airy.
Bedroom 1 with double bed, a range of built in furniture including 2 x bedside cabinets and wall mounted cupboards above the bed, double wardrobe and dressing table with drawers, radiator.
Bedroom 2 with twin beds or one double, bedside cabinet, wall mounted storage cupboards above the bed, wardrobe with dressing table and wall mounted mirror, radiator.
Bedroom 3 with twin beds or one double, bedside cabinet, wall mounted storage cupboards above the bed, wardrobe with dressing table and wall mounted mirror, radiator.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 can be made up as doubles if required.
A fully equipped kitchen with appliances, including a fridge freezer, an electric oven and gas hob with extractor fan above, a microwave, stainless steel sink with mixer tap, a range of cupboards offering excellent storage space, window blind and views out onto the garden.
