Beautiful fell views from our beer garden in the Summer and roaring log burners with comfy sofas in the Winter. Since 2014 our plan has been simple - serve great food and drink in a comfortable and stylish environment with the added advantage of beautiful bedrooms to relax in. Our ethos is a straight forward one: we want everyone to leave happy, and we’ll do our absolute best to make it happen!Johnathan and his team take great pleasure in making sure all events, no matter how small, are a great success. In these days of gastro pubs and boutique guest houses we remain, above all else an inn and as centuries of tradition dictate, our priority is to offer a warm welcome and a restorative stay. A hugely important part of this is top quality food.We serve our full menu throughout the pub in both our restaurant and bar. We allow dogs in our bar area, just let us know you'll be bringing your four legged friend when you book!
