The Red Lion

Eating OutAccommodation

Set in the picture postcard village of Llangorse---nestled within the Brecon beacons national park, with its world famous lake--- the Red Lion is all you'd expect from a country pub and more. A spacious bar area with a large welcoming fireplace beckons you into its tastefully designed interior, with garlands of hops looping decorously about its walls. The bar itself is well stocked and welcoming with an excellent selection of standard line beers, wines, ciders and spirits.Upstairs you'll find our excellent restaurant area, serving mouth wateringly creative dishes alongside family standards and favourites.

The beauty of offering accommodation on a small scale is the personal service we are able to provide. When you call us to book, we will be happy to discuss your needs with you and help you to select one of our variety of accommodation options. Breakfast is served in the restaurant.
