The Spread Eagle is a traditional pub in the centre of the picturesque village of Lymm, rural Cheshire. We’re a popular location for dog owners, walkers and cyclists as we’re close to the canal and the Trans Pennine Trail runs straight through the village. We serve a variety of fresh, seasonal food and a selection of fine cask ales throughout the year. We’re a Great British pub at the heart of the village and host a variety of events; from Morris dancers and Belly dancers to folk clubs and our popular gin nights, there’s always something interesting going on. We also have private spaces available that are perfect for celebrating a special birthday or anniversary. Our team will be delighted to help you plan your EVENT, give us a call for more information.
At JW Lees we’re as proud of our home cooked pub food as we are of our award-winning cask ales. We’re also famous for our great value Sunday Roast, but to find out how good it is, you’ll have to come and give it a try, and with 2 roasts for £19.95.
We offer a great selection of pub classics producing honest, British pub food with seasonal daily specials. There are plenty of spots inside the pub to cosy up and tuck into one of our homemade cheese and onion pies, signature burgers or our 28 day matured British steaks.
Enjoy 2 selected main meals for £15 all day Monday to Friday* from our Winter Menu.
Belonging to the National Trust, this Guest House is absolutely outstanding. Dating back to the 18th Century, it is set in an idyllic countryside location, at a stone's throw away from Manchester's city centre and airport.
