The Uig Hotel is situated five minutes from the Ferry port, on the beautiful hills above Uig Bay, making it the perfect location from which guests can explore North Skye and onwards to the Outer Hebrides. The location provides spectacular views of the Bay and Loch Snizort, with possible sightings of dolphins, seals, and otters. While you are there learn about the history and see the highlights of the Island with Skye Scenic Tours who come highly recommended. The Uig hotel is a family-run establishment with 11 rooms, while the Lodge has another eight; many of the rooms have stunning views, and all are pet-friendly. The restaurant boasts fantastic home-cooked meals and friendly, accommodating staff. The well-stocked bar area offers tastings of the local Isle of Skye ales & crafted gin. All this within a few minutes’ walk from the Hotel and Lodge rooms. There is not much that this establishment doesn’t present.
