The White Lion
The White Lion has been run by Libby and Greg Robinson since 2009. They have lovingly restored the interior to its former glory by transforming it into a stylish bar and restaurant. The snug room is perfect for walkers and dogs are welcome too! There is disabled access to the building and a disabled toilet. Chef Greg and his team prepare all the pub’s fresh food in the kitchens, while Libby oversees the smooth running of front of house. The White Lion offers versatile spaces for all kinds of functions. We have previously hosted christenings, weddings, hen dos, birthday parties and many other social gatherings. Function options are flexible and can be tailored to suit your needs. Our head chef Greg can create bespoke menus just for your event, be it a three course à la carte meal or a finger food buffet. Traditional roasts including locally sourced beef, 12-8pm every Sunday.
