Ceredigion’s fast becoming a culinary hot spot and with our restaurants and eateries all being recommended by our accommodation providers featured within the Top 100 Attractions books themselves, over breakfast, they are the ones hearing where was good and bad to eat last night. Here at the White Swan Inn, they have set the bar within Ceredigion’s pub industry and the owner Dylan Jones should be applauded for all of his hard work in achieving this. The pub itself is a little tardis, small at the front, however when inside, it’s a pub that doesn’t stop giving. The team here are friendly, courteous and judging by their online reviews, nothing is ever too much trouble for them. Being only a stones throw away from Aberystwyth and with the town being a bit hit and miss with its food, a drive out to the White Swan is well worth the trip.
