Review
I’ve passed the Wild Fowler dozens of times on my way to the Ceredigion coast and always meant to stop, now I have, I’m so glad I did. The owners, the Walton family, over the years that they have been here really have built up a fantastic business and their food really is very good. The pub is perfectly situated on the main road from Machynlleth to Aberystwyth and only a couple of miles away from the sleepy seaside town of Borth, with an amazing beach, a few great attractions and great ice cream, it is always worth a visit. The menu here at the pub is good British pub grub, but where absolutely possible, the owners and chefs always like to use local produce and great pride is taken in providing you with an unrivaled experience. I would, however, advise you to book ahead, as the restaurant gets very busy.
