Walton Hall, the former home of Lord Daresbury is an Elizabethan style mansion, set amidst tranquil parkland.The grounds offer a breathtaking photographic setting at any time of year with rhododendrons providing a blaze of colour during spring and summer and later as the trees take on autumnal shades, golden leaves carpet the manicured lawns during autumn and early winter. The Hall is ideal for Weddings, Family Celebrations, Seminars, Presentations and Business Meetings. The brand new Heritage Centre cafe is equipped with modern technology whilst retaining much of the Estates Heritage and character.The new facility can accommodate up to seventy diners/groups inside and offers a fantastic new menu with plenty of hot or cold options available, not to mention a range of delicious home made cakes. Open 7 days per week from 10 till 4pm. At Walton Hall we have four function rooms arranged over 2 floors for either day or evening events. The Hall is also available for exclusive use for Weddings.

The Hall and Gardens have been enjoyed by the people of Warrington since 1941 after the property was bought by the local council, and donated back to the people of the area. Since then, the site has been home to millions of visitors every year, and once you've discovered everything on offer, you'll know exactly why! We have voted Walton Hall & Gardens as one of the Top 100 Attractions in the Northwest because of this attractions diverseness. They have a free zoo, plenty of daily activities, the gardens are immaculate and even though the Hall is mainly used for events and weddings, when free, the management do encourage you to have a look round. You have to pay for car parking but once in, everything else is more or less free. You can't get no more value for money than that!
