Watsons Bistro
Watson's Bistro is a family run affair set in the historic walled town of Conwy. The Bistro uses only the finest locally sourced produce to create dishes that are all homemade, from the bread rolls made by Uncle Ron, the Master Baker to the sumptuous desserts and homemade ice creams and sorbets. We pride ourselves on our ethic that only the best will do for our guests and aim to give you a truly memorable dining experience. Whether it be a simple lunch in our secret garden, Sunday lunch with its choice of local meats (no set menu, you choose what you want), through to our evening a la carte with daily changing specials (no supplements on our mains, they come with market fresh vegetables and specific potato dishes!), we think we have got all the boxes ticked!
