Committed to preserving Ireland's history of craft distilleries, and inspired by the 2600 km of the unrestrained, untameable Wild Atlantic Way; visitors get the opportunity to meet the people behind Ireland's newest distillery. A warm and friendly environment allows visitors to learn the process of making gin and cocktails, and to get to grips with the bright and shiny equipment that shimmers like the sun.
