Wild & Native was established by a couple with a vision to create a different type of dining experience within our restaurant. We pride ourselves on using the freshest of local produce and we want to offer something different from the pre-prepared food that is in the world today dometically and commerically The menu's change every day due to using fresh produce.
We carefully pick the food from local suppliers and then the magic happens within our kitchen to make the yummiest of dishes. You can also see Chef Fergal Dempsey forraging around the Rosslare area picking up some of the many wild foods that are around today whether it be nettles, samphire & wild garlic to name but a few.
